You may already be self-aware and capable in many areas of your life, but find yourself delaying decisions, second-guessing, or holding too much in your mind at once.

This coaching is for people who feel stuck in their thinking, caught in cycles of overthinking, or unable to make decisions.

This is not therapy and not emotional support.
It is structured, goal-led coaching focused on helping you make decisions and move forward.

Single Session

£45

A focused, one-off session using a structured approach.

This is for when you need to work through a specific situation or decision and leave with a defined next step.

This session is standalone and does not include ongoing support or follow-up.

From Overthinking to Action

3-Month Coaching Container
£600

This is a structured coaching container designed to move you out of overthinking and into consistent action.

Alongside coaching, this work may include planning, scripting, and reflective tools where needed. Intuitive approaches may be used if relevant, but the focus remains practical and grounded.

What we work on

Priorities and direction
Reducing overthinking and mental noise
Identifying what is no longer working
Strengthening decision-making and follow-through
Establishing boundaries and simple structures that support your life

How it works

Duration: 3 months

Sessions: Opening session, 2 coaching sessions per month, and a closing session

Format: Teams, phone, or walking sessions (location-dependent)

This is a contained space to think, decide, and take action without distraction or dependency.

Extended Coaching

This is for those of you who want to keep moving forward once initial decisions have been made.

The work focuses on making decisions more easily, staying on track, and applying changes in real situations.

Sessions remain structured and focused. There is no contact between sessions.

This is not booked directly and is offered based on fit and readiness.
