This three-month journey is designed to help you cut through the noise, trust your own judgement, and make decisions with greater confidence.
Together we'll untangle what's keeping you stuck, strengthen your boundaries, and create a way of living and working that feels more sustainable and aligned with what matters most to you.
By the end of our time together, you'll have greater clarity, stronger self-trust, and practical tools to help you move forward without constantly looking outside yourself for answers.

Frequency: Usually fortnightly, although this can be adjusted to suit your needs

Included: Access to Your Sanctuary, your private client space with journals, reflection tools, resources, and recordings to support you between sessions

Ongoing Coaching
Ongoing coaching is available for clients who have completed an initial coaching journey and want to continue the work.
This is for people who are already making progress and would like continued space to apply changes, navigate new situations, and keep strengthening self-trust in everyday life.
Ongoing coaching is offered by invitation and based on fit, readiness, and goals.
