How We Work Together

There’s no fixed programme.

Some people come for a single session to work through something specific. Others want a more structured approach over time. We decide what makes sense based on where you are and what you need.

You can start with a single session, a focused space to talk things through and leave with a clear next step.

If you want something more structured, there are options to work together over a number of sessions. A shorter block helps you begin making changes and build momentum. A longer block allows more time to work through patterns, make decisions more easily, and stay on track.

There’s no pressure to move quickly. Some people want to make decisions and move forward straight away. Others prefer to take things more gradually. Both are fine.

We’ll talk through what works best for you before you begin, so it feels straightforward from the start.
