I’m Christine Goodwin, and I work one-to-one with people who, on the surface, are getting through life, but underneath, something doesn’t feel quite right.
You might be doing everything you’re supposed to do. Keeping things going, showing up for others, managing your responsibilities.
But there’s a quiet sense that something is off.
You can’t always explain it. You just know you don’t feel like yourself.
This isn’t about not trying hard enough.
More often, it looks like feeling tired even when you’ve rested, overthinking but still not getting anywhere, putting other people first without really noticing, or losing track of what you actually need.
It tends to build slowly, in the background, until you reach a point where you know something needs to change, you just don’t know where to start.
I know what it’s like to carry a lot and keep going, even when something doesn’t feel right underneath. To get stuck in your own thinking, go round in circles, and lose sight of what you actually need.
That’s part of why I do this work, not from theory, but from understanding what it takes to step out of that and move forward in a more grounded way.
I don’t rush you or try to fix you.
I offer a calm, structured way to slow things down and work through what’s actually going on. We look at what’s underneath — the patterns, the thoughts, the pressure you’ve been carrying — and make sense of it in a practical way.
From there, things begin to shift.
You start to hear yourself more clearly, feel less pulled in different directions, and move forward in a way that works in real life.
This isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about having somewhere you can think things through properly, feel more settled in yourself, and take small, meaningful steps forward.
You’re not being told what to do. You’re learning how to make decisions in a way that works for you.
I offer one-to-one sessions and short coaching packages, along with a free discovery session, a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see if this feels like the right fit.
Alongside my coaching work, I’m a registered nurse. I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility, to keep going when you’re tired, and to hold things together when no one else sees it.
That’s why this work matters to me.
Sessions are offered in the evenings and at weekends, giving you focused time within clear boundaries.
