About Me
I’m Christine Goodwin, an intuitive coach working one-to-one with people who, on the surface, are getting through life — but underneath, something doesn’t quite feel right.
You might be doing everything you’re supposed to do.
Keeping things going. Showing up for others. Managing your responsibilities.
But there’s a quiet feeling that something is off.
You can’t always explain it.
You just know you don’t feel like yourself.
The Reality Behind It
This isn’t about not trying hard enough.
More often, it looks like:
feeling tired even when you’ve rested
overthinking but still not feeling clear
putting other people first without realising
losing connection with what you actually need
It builds slowly. Quietly.
Until you reach a point where you know something needs to change — you just don’t know where to start.
How I Work
I don’t rush you or try to fix you.
I offer a calm space where you can slow down and begin to understand what’s really going on for you.
We look at what’s sitting underneath — the patterns, the thoughts, the pressure you’ve been carrying — and gently bring awareness to it.
From there, things start to make more sense.
You begin to:
hear yourself more clearly
feel less pulled in different directions
and move forward in a way that actually feels right for you

This isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about having somewhere you can:
think clearly
feel grounded
and take small, meaningful steps forward
You’re not being told what to do.
You’re learning how to trust yourself again.

I offer one-to-one sessions and short coaching packages.

A Bit About Me
Alongside my coaching work, I’m a registered nurse.
I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility, to keep going even when you’re tired, and to hold things together when no one else sees it.
That’s why this work matters to me.
